Welcome to the EAC, a subdivision of the TBHA that honors the achievements of the top stakes racers in HF. Throughout the year, the EAC keeps an eye on the racing industry's most talented horses. After the season, the EAC votes on the top horses in ten specific divisions as well as the Horse of the Year award.
